The Process: What to Expect
1. Initial Contact
Hello! Bonjour! Hola! We are so glad to meet you! No matter how you found us, we are so excited that you are here and ready to celebrate your life stage with Life Stage Photography services. Let's get to know each other! Session consultations are recommended to ensure we clearly understand your vision for your session.
3. Fill Out Questionnaire & Reserve Session Date
Once you have determined your collection, we will send you a questionnaire for contact information, session preferences, session times available, and a form to purchase your initial collection to reserve your date. In order to secure your time and date, you must pay the initial base collection investment.
5. Sign Your Life Away... JK ;)
We will send you basic photography contracts that bring us to mutual agreements and protection for both parties. We will also have minor release forms to be allowed to photograph your beautiful littles! Forms must be completed online before your session date.
7. Sneak Peek Online
After your session, you will recieve an email with instructions of what to expect next, as well as a sneak peek of your session on our Facebook page! Be sure to share the post with friends and family, but please know that if you save the image and try to print or re-upload it will look pixilated!
9. Two to Four Weeks: Delivery of Printed Products
Waiting is always the hardest part! But oh so worth it! Within 2-4 weeks, your photos will be fully edited and delivered based on your order. Personal pick-up is also available. If any product is not to our quality standards, we will work with you to get the problem swiftly taken care of. We want to serve you and make sure your photo legacy is secured for years to come!
2. Choose Your Session Type & Collection
Select your base collection with the number of desired digital images, locations, & outfit changes. Once your session is complete and proof album delivered, you can add more keepsakes to your order, such as prints, wall art, brag books or a Full CD of your purchase!
4. Prepping For Your Session
We will walk you through how to plan for your session. Malana is a licensed cosmetologist and can give recommendations as to attire, hair styles, and color coordination to help your family look their best! We will also send you style guides for inspiration and customized Pinterest boards to make sure the session reflects your vision.
6. Say Cheese! Your Session is Here!
The day has arrived! You are prepped and ready for your session. Now we enjoy time together over some coffee, a camera and memories you will be able to pass down for generations!
8. Two-Four Weeks: Pick Your Favorites & Keepsakes from Edited, Online Proof Album
Within 2-4 weeks, you will recieve a link to an online album to view your entire session. There, you will pick your photos from your purchased collection and then choose and purchase your keepsakes to add to your original order. You can share this link with family and friends and they can order keepsakes too!
